How are you all? I hope you all are well by the grace of Almighty Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also very well. Today I appeared to participate in the ongoing "Pick a Word, Paint a Story #04" competition in the Hindwhale Community. At the very beginning of the competition, many thanks to @senehasa ma'am for giving us such a beautiful competition.

Time is a story of 1980s. In a remote village called Raipur, people used to lead a very simple life. In this village there lived a boy named Abhi, he was also quite simple, simple and yet a very brilliant boy. Abhi is well known in the surrounding villages for his consistent good results in his studies in the past.

Everyone in the village loved him very much. Avi's father was a poor farmer. Having no land of their own, Harbhanga used to work on other people's land all day long to earn money for the sustenance of the family. But, despite working so hard, he could not even give two handfuls of rice to the mouths of his family members. And in this situation, when Abhi's studies were about to stop, the people of the village came and extended a helping hand to continue Abhi's studies.

In Abhir's village there was a girl of his age named Rupa. She was the daughter of the village Moral (who administers the village). She is very lively and smart but she is a bad girl in studies. Although he grew up physically with more love and affection from his family, he still remains a child in mind. Rupa tries hard to woo Abhi, buys him big rasgollas from the shop of Moira (who makes sweets) in the village, buys nice clothes for him, but Abhi is not attracted to her at all. Abhi does not even look back at Rupa when she is at school and hangs around him all day. Because he knows that Abhi is the son of a poor farmer and Rupa is the daughter of the richest man in the village. It does not befit the poor to lie in idle talk, to extend their hands to Chad.

A few months later, Abhi gets an opportunity to study in a college in the city and the people of the village arrange for him to study in the city with financial help, Rupa's father also helped him a lot to study in the city. Let the village stand up and improve.

Abhi goes to the city and starts studying, he attends regular classes, eats and drinks but there is restlessness in his mind due to some unknown reason. Abhi tries hard to find the reason for this restlessness. Finally, he realizes that even though there are so many people around him in his town, Rupa does not have that restless nature. On the other hand, in the village, Rupa no longer has the fickle nature, she does not eat properly, her hair falls in the evening. It is left open and sits in the garden. The people of the house also noticed this sudden change in him. They asked Rupa many times what happened to her? But, Rupa answers every time. All around him seems to be empty. Even in the crowd of people, he could not see anyone.

A few months later, Abhi returned to the village. He now runs to the banyan tree by the village river. Rupa used to sit here before, that day Rupa was sitting there. Avi quietly went behind her and called Rupa. Rupa turns her head and is surprised to see him and becomes speechless for some time. Abhi is the first to end the speechlessness, he says to Rupa, how are you Rupa? As soon as he heard this, Rupa's eyes started to shed tears.

In response to Abhi's question, Rupa only says one thing, "never leave me again".

Love is like that, when one is near, one cannot understand the meaning of the beloved person. But, once the person moves away, every second of us turns into misery.
