Let's say winter starts at the end of October and it can still snow and freeze in April...
It does not always snow during winters but snow isolates. If the sun shines it's better.
How we overcome the cold? Trying to keep warm, keep busy, in some countries they drink alcohol to keep the body warm.

There must be another way in different country where alcohol is forbidden I guess, local wisdom always unique, right
