Greetings and blessings to all my friends
I hope all of you good by the grace of almighty Allah belated happy Eid ul Azha from my side ,today I love to share my food diary game week 9 in #hindwhale community hosting by @jyoti-thelight .Do guys let's start my food diary of the day I hope you all are being with me till end ❤️.
Breakfast
I woke up early in the morning I as usual I offer my fajr praise then made tea for my self and enjoy the cool morning scene from my balcony,s home, December vacation is going on from my school skirt and they like to go out for picnic at seaside so we plan to go suicide soon with my family
Today was Sunday that's why I am my hubby little bit late he told me that I meet tea for us and he what parathas and chickpea gravy from market and we both enjoy the delicious breakfast after a long time together kids still slept actually they slept late last night.
Lunch time
My kids woke up late at 12:30 am. and due to hot weather made yughart drink for all .I cooked biryani last night my kids wanted to eat again at lunch time so I given to him
My little son Hasan enjoyed Maggie noddles pasta he is crazy for it but it's not healthy too much for kids so I restricted not allowed noddles more then one in a week
Evening time
As all addicted people knew and understand my point in hotness or coldness never compressing my evening time with strong tea .
Today I tried new flavor of supper biscuits along with my tea ☕
Dinner time 🍽️
For dinner I decide to cook Dalcha it's hot favourite recipe of my family it's very healthy that's why I made it once a week at least at my home in this dish and pulse separately cook then mix it and serve with rice as according to your choice.
Ingredients we need
- Beef
- Red rental
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Oil
- Power spices
By first washed the red lentil soaked for 15 minutes then boiled it .on the other side take a pan add oil and fine sliced onion in oil fried it then add beef prices with ginger garlic paste and fried till turned it golden colour then add tomatoes and spices in it .
I add enough water for meat tenderizer. When meat tender add Lentil in it together.Sprinkle coriander leaves and green chillies on top and served with rice.
