How are you all my dear friends hope all are well alhamdulillah I am also well and today I am here to participate in a dairy food game contest so first of all I want to thank @jyoti-thelight who presented such a beautiful contest for us. Today I will mention all the activities of my day including food but let's start now without delay,

This morning, I got up early for namaz, and after namaz, I prepared to sleep for a while. Then, I woke up around 9 a.m. My husband left home early this morning for work, and by ten o'clock, he came back home. When he came home, he brought hot dal puri and some vegetables with it. In the morning, the food we showed was very good, as dal puri or different types of puri are very good to eat hot.

After that, I prepared myself to cook this noon why my helping hand had already told me that she would not come to our house today because she had some necessary work to do so today I have to prepare the whole housework so don't delay anymore I will cook—prepared for. Had some winter vegetables at home and I love to eat winter vegetables some potol and fried them and made a recipe with potatoes

and fish also I made a recipe with winter vegetables and my many favourite sim and potatoes and today I will mention the sim recipe here.

Here are all the ingredients that will be needed to prepare my recipe

It is possible to prepare our receipe very easily with all these materials but now let's know the method of its preparation.
STEP 1

To prepare the sim recipe first I cut the sim and potatoes to size

then I take a clean fry pan and add the sim potatoes along with chopped onions green chillies and garlic

then I add all the dry spices

and then I add I rubbed them on my hands with the right amount of oil

then I will put it on the stove and cook for about five minutes, in between when the vegetables are slightly cooked, I will add about three or four fish because I will only make it for one part meal so there is no need to add more fish,

then I will wait for a while and Once the vegetables are cooked, my sim potato recipe is ready

A little rest after a midday meal is good for our body and it will help us to keep our body strong for next time. Then after maghrib again we prayed and today I made some with milk semai and let my son eat the food.and malta also.

For dinner I made a few different recipes here my husband brought some kachoor mutha and with lots of mutha I made bharata with onions and dry chillies along with mustard oil which was absolutely delicious and I added some extra I made a recipe with different types of vegetables mixed with vegetables, it is much more beneficial for our body and much more delicious.
