How are you, my friends? I hope everyone is well and I am also well, Alhamdulillah. Today I have come to participate in a food diary game contest organized by @jyoti-thelight mam. in the Hindwhale community. The name of the contest is -"HWC contest #96: Food Diary Game - WEEK -27" || Darun contest and I try every week to participate in this contest. We must eat food to survive, and if we eat that food in moderation and in a nutritious way, it will be much more beneficial for our body. I am participating in this contest and today I have tried to mention all my daily food menus here to participate. I hope all my friends will like it, but let's get started.,

Light breakfast

The fog level is increasing daily and the winter temperature is increasing and gradually the severity of winter will increase more. I woke up in the morning and felt a little sick due to the cold, so I did not feel like making anything new in the morning I tried to have breakfast with what I had at home, so I had some buns bread at home and made milk tea with them. I like to have hot milk tea with this bread and I have finished my breakfast today. Sometimes it is better to have a light breakfast in the morning and it makes the body feel a little lighter.

Although the morning was spent with a light breakfast, I needed a little filling or heavier food in the noon, otherwise my body might get too tired. That's why I prepared a recipe for hot rice with eggs and Kachur Mukhi in the noon, and I also fried deros with it. Our family loves fried deros and it has a lot of nutrients, especially calcium, which is very beneficial for our body and bone. I also had cucumber and fresh lemon for lunch today. We had a great meal at noon.

My son's favourite food for afternoon today was doughnut bars because he really likes them this evening I was at that doughnut bar and it was very delicious which I also ate. There were several creams and different types of gels inside. It was very tasty. Also, we had some water fruits at home because water fruits are quite available in the market and are available at cheap prices. And those water fruits that I had this evening were quite good.

Fish vorta for dinner

I had some favourite dishes for dinner today. I like vorta -like dishes? Today I made a vorta with fish and vegetables and there was a big fish head. I made a recipe with potatoes with that big fish head. It was incredibly delicious to eat with hot rice and also had some cucumbers with it. It was a very good dinner and the dinner was much more fun to eat with vorta.
