Be careful, Eat Healthy For longer happy life

Do you Believe Prevention is better than cure ?

Yes, I believe in Prevention is better than cure is similar to better than to be safe than to be sorry. Before any major illness comes due to your carelessness, you should take care of it. As Prevention can help you to avoid the risk of disease and Medical. If you don't take the prevention than might some life threating disease can take place,It will cost a lot of money to treat it and will cause a lot of pain to your body to cure. Which means we should take the safety measures to prevent the unwanted situation in our life. In prevention you should adopt certain good habits like avoid junk food, drink plenty of Water, eat green vegetables & Fruits. Say to Big No to smoking and Alcohol,.


What kind of food Should be adopted and Avoided to Avoid Obesity ?

Eating unhealthy food is the root cause of diseases. If we eat every healthy food, then if not today or tomorrow it will definitely cause harm to us. To lose weight and prevent obesity, you can avoid foods that are high in calories, unhealthy fats, and added sugars.

• Processed Food- Processed food means food that is packaged and refrigerated, in which harmful preservatives are added so that it does not spoil itself. Processed Foods like Biscuits, packed Meats, Breakfast cereals, Frozen pizza, Sugary Beverages, Packed Salty Snacks etc.

• Fried Food - Fried foods are those which are cooked in a lot of oil, as oil is very unhealthy for us. Fried Food comtains lots of Calories, as you have workout alot to burn those Calories. Fried Foods like French Fries, Burgers, potatoes chips etc.

• No Sugar - Say a big No to Sugary Items, as it has high Calories. Somewhere sugary items can effects your Health, Sugar take the Major role for obesity. I have a personal experience. I gave up sugar for 2 months. We did not do any workout. Didn't do anything. Despite following a normal diet, I stopped taking sugar,And in 2 months I lost 4 kg which is really quite impressive for me.


If you want to be healthy, you will have to eat healthy. If you want to live long, you will have to eat healthy. Somewhere healthy Food makes a difference for us but happy life. What do you include in healthy food that does not cause obesity?

• Fruits & Vegetables - For a healthy life, you should consume a foods & vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are high in fiber, which can help you feel full and Easily Digest, maintained our Digestive System.

• High Protein food- have eggs, meats, Dryfruits, seafood etc.


What kind of sports or excercises can prevent Obesity?

• Running is the best exercise through which you can reduce obesity and keep yourself fit and fine.

• Cycling is effective way to burn calories,while enjoying your childhood days.

• Arobics is another effective way of burning some calories by doing something you can enjoy with music.
