My Opinion on Conflict
Hello, the delightful and peaceful people of the Steemit community, @vickyson welcome you all.
Conflict is a disagreement between two people or a group of individuals who work together as a company of friends and along the line have a disagreement on a particular project or matters that will lead to success as we are different so do our opinions and for us to work together we must agree on the same matters that will lead us to the achievement of our goal but if there is not agreement that will bring of a conflict
After conflict, the outcome of it is harder B and agreement and resolution of their argument or a despite them apart forever but mostly after conflict the outcome is always positive the either agree on one train that will lead them to success
Conflict can be completely resolved if there is mutual understanding between the two parties that engage in the conflict because before two people can work together they must have an understanding before they will be able to work into a success story
Conflict can be prevented if there is a mature heart that avoids the argument that starts up conflicts in the first place, it takes two people to fight and for the individual to intervene in the fight means that the other person has been pushed to the world but no matter what happened if you have patience and you have focused you will avoid the conflict by walking away from the conflict grounds no matter how hard it is
Sometimes walking away and keeping quiet letting the situation be calm before stating fat of your view concerning the matters at hand prevents conflict from occurring
Listening quietly to the argument that is coming in the background of the conflict before intervening in the matter helps in preventing conflict sometimes in teamwork and as an individual.
Conflict is not good because it separates good friendships and destroys relationships sometimes conflict never ends but some strengthen the bond after the whole situation has come down

As you said that we should agree on the same matter then we can solve conflict, I we should be doing it 50-50 because you should give right to the other party as well. Moreover, it will violate the things for the opposite party if the agreement is against them.
