Another month, another very interesting update from the @steemitblog regarding the engagement challenges and the teachings teams. This month is going to be more interesting for Steemians as the engagement challenges driven by communities have excluded and replaced by the challengers and teaching teams. So in this month, I'm going to apply as an individual Challenger and want to bring some valuable and interesting topics for Steemians to participate. Let's start the task.

My Experience on Steem and vital statistics

Friends, my name is Abdullah and ny username on Steemit is abdullahw2. I'm 21 years old, a medical student, working on Steemit platform since November 2021. During my journey on Steem Blockchain, I have faced a lot of challenges, went through different ups and downs to achieve my goals. But since the start of that year 2024, I have achieved highest reputation of 72+ and club dolphin, which are among my greatest achievements here.

Currently, I'm working as a moderator in two highly reputed communities, Steem For Pakistan and Hot News community. There I'm performing my duties in organizing the interesting weekly contests, checking the posts of fellow Steemians rather they are free from any kind of plagiarism, bid bots and maintaining at least club5050. I'm performing my duties very well under the supervision for community admins @suboohi, @radjasalman and @fantvwiki.

After taking the charge as a moderator in these communities, I have learned a lot for new things about Steem Blockchain. Indeed my journey on Steem Blockchain is going very well and tight according to my expectations. Because, despite working in community, I also creating quality content related to crypto, health, by participating in different contests and engagement challenges. That was all about my experience, now let's have a look at key stats of my account.

Details of any real world experience or expertis they want to bring to their challenges

Currently, I'm a student of pharmacy, in near future I will be a pharmacist of category B which is also known as pharmacy technician. It is a field consists of health, disease, medicine and their use. And I have an experience about medicine and knowledge about disease because, now a days I'm working on pharmacy. Actually, it is my uncle's pharmacy and I'm taking charge of it because he is busy in doing another business.

So, in my engagement challenges, I would like to bring my experience about medicine, their use and various human diseases which can be treated through medications. Also, the medicine are very important in our lives because whenever we suffer any of disease, we go to the doctor, pharmacist or any other medical specialties to treat our diseases.

It will be a great opportunity for Steemians to learn about different diseases and their impacts on their bodies. Furthermore, many of steemians love participating in challenges related to #health. I hope that the topics related to health, will provide more knowledge and information to my steemian friends about different diseases and their cure. The main aim behind such contests will raise awareness among the people about different diseases.

A list of weekly challenges questions they plan to use to encourage, debate and discussion

During the six weeks of engagement challenges, I'm planning to bring different interesting health related topics also a few about environment related, on which the Steemian can debate and share their thoughts with us. This is because, the environment also has a great impact on our lives as in most of the cases, if our environment is neal and clean, we remain away from diseases. So let's have a look at those topics who is want to bring in upcoming engagement challenge.

Week 1: The Impact of Lifestyle on noncommunicable Diseases

The poor lifestyle of people may lead them towards diseases, which are know as non communicable diseases. These diseases are including, diabetes, obesity, stomach diseases, heart disease and cancer etc. They are connected to the lifestyles of people and if, the people aren't maintaining good lifestyle like poor diet, lack of physical activities, smoking and lack of exercise, then they may prone to these diseases.

So by participating in that challenge, the Steemians will be able to learn more about no communicable diseases, their type, causes and cure. Also they will encourage to avoid such activities which can cause such kind a diseases. This is because, these diseases damage our bodies silently. Anyway, to make it more easy, a few questions about that topic are given below;

• Explain briefly about the factors, which contribute to the development of noncommunicable Diseases.

• Enlist any three Noncommunicable diseases and tell us about their main causes.

• Do you think by adopting a healthier lifestyle we can prevent ourselves from Noncommunicable diseases? If yes, then how?

• How the stress management can reduce the risks of Noncommunicable diseases?

Week 2: Private vs Public Hospitals

As we know, the hospitals are very important part of our lives because whenever we suffer in any of injuries, disease or accidents we rush towards hospitals to save our lives. Usually, the private and public hospitals are found in different countries which are quite different from each other in terms of facilities, staff, environment and medical specialties. So it is the choice of people rather they want to go towards public hospitals or private hospitals.

In that challenge, the Steemians will be able to distinguish between the private and public hospitals, understand that which one is better among them. Also they will learn about the facilities which an ideal hospital must have. So to make that challenge more easier, I have mentioned some hints which are given below;

• In terms of care and quality, what are the main differences between pubic and private hospitals?

• In your country, how the cost of treatment is different from private and public hospitals?

• What are the pros and cons of seeking treatment in a private hospital versus a public hospital?

• Have you ever been hospitalized? How was your experience?

Week 3: The Role Of Family Planning in our lives

Family Planning, is very crucial for us because it allow the people to decide the length of their families. In most, of the cases, after getting married the people want to have kids in their lives but sometimes, the forgot about planning their child and keep on producing within very shorter gaps. These things affect their lives very badly in both economically and physically, especially the health of mothers.

So in that challenge, the Steemians will be able to understand the role of family planning as one day every one get married. Also the family planning help the people doing informed decisions regarding the length of their families base on their income and resources. So let's have a look at some key points which will help you to understand the topic easily.

• What do you know about the family planning? Explain briefly.

• What are the key benefits of family planning for individuals and for society?

• Enlist and explain any five effective methods of family planning.

• How can we spread awareness among the people about family planning to control the population of world?

Week 4: Human Digestive System

Human Digestive, is one of the largest system working in our bodies as it is responsible for the digestion of food and other materials. In our digestive system, numerous organs are working together and have a specific role. So in that challenge, I want to encourage Steemians about our digestive system, disease related to it, and how can we keep our digestive system healthy. So Steemians can share their knowledge with us with the help of following questions.

• What do you know about human Digestive system? And tell us about the organs which are a part of it?

• Explain about any 5 disease related to our digestive system and share their causes.

• What activities we should avoid to keep our digestive system healthy and work properly?

• Draw a diagram of our digestive system on a page or with the help of crafts and share with us.

Week 5: Impact of Agricultural practices on soil health

Many of our Steemians friends are related to the agriculture field, as they perform various kind of activities in their fields including, sowing seeds, growing crops, cutting crops and gardening. So that contest is especially for them because it related to the areas where usually they perform their agricultural activities. Among all of these activities, the health of soil is super important because if the soil is unhealthy, it affects the production of their crops very badly.

So in that challenge, the Steemians will be able to understand the key factors which can affect the fertility and overall health of soil and the practices which can be helpful in bringing back and boosting the fertility of soil. They can participate with the help of these hints related to that topic:

• Do you think continues agricultural practices can affect the fertility of soil? If yes, then how?

• Explain about practices or methods, which can be helpful to maintain the fertility of soil.

• What role does crop rotation play in maintaining soil health?

• Does soil erosion and acid rain affect the fertility and overall health of soil? Justify your answer.

Week 6: Effects of forest fire on biodiversity and ecosystems

Forests fires, are very common in deep forests especially in the hot areas of Africa and other countries. Whenever they occur, they burn billions of trees, kills the animals and birds living there and destroy their ecosystem completely. So most of the people, are unaware about the reasons behind the forest fires. Now through participating in that challenge they will be able to understand more about it.

• What are the main reasons behind the occurance of forest fires?

• How do forest fires impact the biodiversity and ecosystems within the affected area?

• Are there any species that benefit from forest fires? If so, how?

• What are the methods by which we can control large scale forest fires?

Final Words

So friends, that was all about my information, experience on Steem Blockchain, account statistics and the topics who I would like to bring, if Steemit team will trust me and provide me an opportunity to work as an individual Challenger for season 20. Here, I assure that I will perform my duty with a great enthusiasm and right according to the rules and regulations set by the Steemit team. And I'm hopeful for getting that opportunity inn Sha Allah.
