Today I woke up at 7:10 AM. After waking up I first brushed my teeth, then I washed my face and freshened up and went to my room and put on my shoes and got ready because I am every morning. Likes to exercise for an hour which helps keep my body healthy.

And before I start exercising I have two eggs soaked overnight with some raisins and dates for breakfast. I ate these foods because they are highly nutritious and high in protein, which fills in the extra caloric deficit I need during exercise. Then I exercised for about an hour and finished the exercise. After coming home I went to my room and studied for some time and as soon as I.

left the room after finishing my study, my mother said that she used to bring some vegetables from our vegetable farm. I brought two papayas from the vegetable farm. Because papaya is one of my favorite vegetables, then I gave it to my mother and now she took it to cook.

After that I took a bath and had lunch and went to my room and slept for some time. Then I saw the phone and woke up at 4:10 in the afternoon, I washed my hands and face and got fresh. After performing ablution, I went to the mosque to pray Asr and finished the prayer.

Came home and left the house to enjoy some food and afternoon moments.I came out of the house and saw two beautiful white ducks sitting in the field. I then took a photograph of those ducks. And spent some time there then I went for a walk to spend some time in the green nature. I started moving forward.

I was very happy to see the green nature in the field and spend some time in the green nature around because the afternoon moment in the green nature and the beauty of the sky which is very nice to see.

Hey, while looking at the scenery, I suddenly noticed that the sun is sinking in the western sky and it looks incredibly good. I took several photographs at sunset. After that, I came straight back home, I washed my hands and face and turned on my laptop. After turning on the laptop I watched a movie on.

YouTube to finish watching the movie mom gave me dinner and had dinner. After eating dinner I finished watching the rest of the movie and then I did some work. After finishing work I went to my bedroom and tried to sleep. And that's how I ended my day. I hope you will enjoy these wonderful moments that I spent today. May you all be well and be healthy.
