TOXIC CYCLES: HOW JUDGMENT AND CRITICISM HINDER THE GROWTH IN A STUFFING ENVIRONMENT

We Pakistanis live in a suffocated environment where no one tries to understand but everyone tries to be understood. It is sad we all wanted to be listened but we are not ourselves a good listener.Everyone is just imposing their thoughts their moral their values on other people
Isn't it hipocracy....
Parents often think that the things they world deprived of in their childhood should also be withheld from there own children believing that it will lead to a better upbringing

One woman is against the other women thinking that the pride the position i could not acheive no one else will surely not.
Competition is ok but too much competition promotes jealousy enmity

A father always scolding his son for making little mistakes .He never thought that those harsh words lead to his child's low confidence and ability to do nothing

The Boss in the office being insensitive towards his employees nevere thinking of the fact that his company wouldn't run without those employees.

This kind of behavior isn't always due to low literacy rate but surprisingly many professional degree holders are quite judgmental
We should let people grow we should allow people to make mistakes and learn from them .we may also be at mistakes sometime
I would like to invite @abdulmoiz076 @saleha2
