Hello my dear friends, meet me again am your very own Faran Nabeel and today am again back to Pakistan community for participating in this week contest of general knowledge and this week we have to discuss about vitamin d. So, in which my post i will share my general knowledge about to vitamins.
Best Source of Vitamin D
There are a lot natural sources of Vitamin D and the Sunlight is one of the best natural source of vitamin D. Exposure to sunlight triggers can be the production of vitamin D in our skin. So it can be a best and good source of this. However, it's very essential to practice sun safety and limit exposure to avoid skin damage and burns. Some foods such as fatty fish, mushrooms and egg's yolk are also a good source of vitamin d and by eating these foods we can fullfil the requirements of this vitamin in our body.
Vitamin D daily requirement?
Because vitamin d is very important for our bones so, it's daily requirement for our body is depend on our age. It's requirement can also be change by some other factors such as male or females. In female's body it's daily requirement can be change rather than male's body. So, I don't exactly know about it's daily requirement. In young adults daily requirement of vitamin d is 400 to 500 IU and it's can be double in older peoples
Vitamin D monthly requirement?
As i said in the above it may be vary in different peoples and in different age of peoples. In daily routine we have to consume 400 IU so, our monthly requirement of vitamin d is 1200 IU. So, this is my knowledge about tp vitamin d and it's requirement to pur body.
