Greetings friends of Steemit and Steem For Pakistan
Yesterday evening I had a Khasta Kachori at the newly inaugurated branch of Bhikharam Chandmal(ভিখারাম চাঁদমাল) at Behala
https://g.co/kgs/5pr4Jb3. I was recently indulging myself with some sweet snacks like Jalabi or Amriti as I have become over confident of my blood sugar level for the last one and half years. So to beat my craving for sweets I decided to have one khasta Kachori. It is normally stuffed with smashed dal, deep fried flour snacks. It's relatively better than samosa as samosas are stuffed with potatoes.
I saw it in childhood that diabetic persons were having this Kachori while I used to have samosa. It is ironic that I'm now on the wrong side of the picture.
I found this Kachori not up to mark. It was probably fried a few hours ago and the flour dough was made in the morning shift. It was plated with chatni after warming in the microwave oven. It was very hard and not at all crispy what I usually had earlier in other similar shops.
Anyways it cost me ₹18 which seems not worthy.
Thank you @artist1111 for giving us the opportunity to participate and organising the contest.
Thank you for reading my post.
I would like to invite three fellow Steemians to participate in the contest Allergic Cough
