Good afternoon from Nigeria to you all awesome steemians. How is your day going? Hope you're having an awesome day. It's a pleasure to know you're all doing awesome, how is the weather in your country, hope it's not as cloudy as it is in my country?! The day is now fond of being dark.

And of course it's my great pleasure to share my knowledge in the contest organized by #abdullahw2 with the great steemians in the STEEM FOR PAKISTAN community on the theme;

IMPORTANCE OF TIME MANAGEMENT

There is great saying that notes that how far you go in life is determined by how you use and manage your time. And that's true, because have you ever reasoned that both the rich and poor have both 24hrs in a day both what separates them is how they manage and use their time every day.

Time management is a tantamount skill and habit that you must possess if you want to be great in life. It is the only thing that separates winners from losers. As unimportant you might think it is it determines the outcome of your entire life.

Like I have said earlier proper management of time is what determines whether you become a failure or success. Possessing the skill of effective time management is necessary to set you at the climax of all you endeavors in life.

You need the skill of effective time management to know how to schedule yourself to do handle the most important thing or tasks in your life. To achieve your goals in life you need to cultivate the habit of the the right things at the right, you need to build up discipline and determination in doing the most important thing at the time it should be done not when you feel it is convenient to be done. When you discipline yourself to manage your properly you've achieved half of your goals, the rest will depend on if your plans are effective.

Below are are some of the most effective time management techniques I use in my private life and also to increase my level of productivity on Steemit;

• Writing All My Task Down;

I write my goals down. Even when I know all I want to do for a day I still write them out and sometimes the particular time I want to get the done. This helps become more deliberate and intentional about doing them.

• Doing The Most Important Things First;

As long as I want to remain productive and very creative I ensure to get started with the most important activity for the day. I set and start my activities from the most important to the less important, so probably if I get tired I can rest without being bothered knowing that I am done with my most productive tasks.

• I Avoid Procrastinating;

The major enemy of productivity and creativity is procrastination. To beat this I get just get my next task without thinking about it, and as quickly as possible.

Poor time management is the fastest route to failure. How? First of all if you're a victim of procrastination and procrastinate a lot, you'll keep piling up those task for long until it becomes so undoable there causing you so much mental stress when you finally decide to do them, or can even truncate you credibility if you're an office worker. Poor time management is a bad habit that can cause low self-esteem in you and make people loose trust in or even count on you. As for Steemit you'll not be able to achieve your goals on the platform, and you'll seeing newcomers overtake you.

It means that your ability to manage your time well determines your productivity level in life. Success is measured by results, which can be in form of money, fame, health whatever it is for you, and success is measured by money.
