What is your favorite food to enjoy in winter, and why?
Well, different foods are eaten in winter and many people have different and delicious recipes which they like very much but I would like to tell you my favorite recipe which I enjoy eating in winter and I I enjoy a lot. And this food is barbecue. You guys must be wondering why I like barbie so much in winter, so I would like to tell you why barbie is more enjoyed in winter than in our own home. They make it by sitting and invite their family members.
We people enjoy a lot while making hot Barbeque in winters. Because you know that it is very important that the weather is cool and pleasant while enjoying the barbeque so that we do not get sick from the heat while barbecuing because it is made over coals and the heat is very high through it. That's why I like to cook a lot in the winter so that we can enjoy the warmth of its coals in the winter as well as a hot barbecue. 😍
Is there a specific recipe or ingredient that makes it unique for you?
Yes, of course, there is such a recipe that the more delicious spices are applied on them, the more delicious and delicious they become. Most of us people make chicken barbeque very fondly because chicken barbeque is easily eaten by children, many people also make beef and mutton barbeque. I love to eat chicken barbeque and add so many delicious spices to make our barbeque chicken taste so delicious.
The most delicious recipe of barbeque is that when we marinate the chicken, we add curd inside it and also add the taka masala, which is easily available from outside the market, and then after that There are certain spices that make for a very delicious barbecue. When we make barbeque, after putting the chicken on top of the sekho, slowly cooking it over the coals, when we add a little oil on it and after adding the oil, when we add lemon wedges on it. It makes our barbecue chicken so delicious, it's the most delicious step for me.
How your favorite food is prepared? Provide us a short overview.
They are very easy to make and even enjoy when we prepare them over coals. My favorite meal is prepared by first cleaning the chicken thoroughly and trying to buy mostly boneless chicken, then refrigerate the chicken for a while after cleaning. And then I cut it into small pieces. But remember not to make the pieces too small because after barbecuing they become even smaller, so we have to keep them medium size so that this easy bar can also be cooked and then the curd in it. I add and add some home spices like salt and red chillies and then a delicious spice in it which we easily buy from the market called Tika (barbeque)masala.
Remember that whenever you want to prepare a barbecue, you have to marinate the chicken overnight so that the spices mix well inside the chicken and then keep the chicken overnight in the refrigerator. so that the spices are well absorbed into the chicken and then the next day I join my family for barbecuing. This recipe is my most favorite which I enjoy a lot in winters and also make my family very happy.
