Chocolate: My View, Myself Wk44.
Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Thanks to my friend @saintkelvin17 because he organized a new contest which I came to participate in today. His weekly contests are very interesting, so today I am presenting my new post on the subject of chocolate.
Chocolate is a food made from roasted and ground cocoa beans that can be a liquid, solid or paste and In other words, chocolate refers to a variety of natural and processed foods that are produced from the seeds of the tropical cocoa tree and this dish is very tasty and looks very attractive.
Different types of cakes are made through different processes which are eaten by people on different occasions or happy days. Also, as chocolate is very tasty, people eat this food with great devotion even on ordinary days.
There are several benefits of eating chocolate but I am going to discuss three benefits now.
Dark chocolate keeps the heart healthy: People who eat regular amounts of dark chocolate have a lower risk of heart disease than others. Dark chocolate keeps blood circulation normal and heart healthy.
Reduces the risk of stroke: It normalizes high blood pressure and reduces the risk of various heart diseases and in addition, chocolate regulates blood sugar levels and reduces stress. Dark chocolate can reduce the risk of stroke by up to 20 percent.
- Lowers Cholesterol Level: There are 2 types of cholesterol in our body, good cholesterol and bad cholesterol. The bitter taste of dark chocolate removes bad cholesterol from our body and increases the amount of good cholesterol which is good for our health.
My experience with chocolate is pretty good because I love chocolate. But in all cases I don't like chocolate because it has more harm than good. I eat chocolate to sweeten my face for my birthday or any special occasion. Some time ago I bought a chocolate cake for my wife's birthday which was delicious. But when I was a kid I got worms from eating too much chocolate.
Although I didn't see tooth decay but it was a fantasy because tooth decay refers to the darkening of white teeth where tooth decay occurs. My experience with chocolate in this regard is pretty bad I can tell you.
I would like to share chocolate with two of my Steemian friends and they are @mahadisalim @shahid76 . Basically I have seen them on this platform since long ago and personally I like you guys a lot. Although we didn't know each other before, I got to know them better after doing the global meetup. They are really humble two people that I want to share chocolate with them with a smile.
A few months ago a global meet up was organized in Dhaka city where I developed quite a good friendship with the mentioned two. Moreover, they are very good as a person, so with sweet relationship like friendship, I want to eat chocolate to sweeten my face to share my special day with them.

Like you said, chocolate reduces the risk of stroke, reduces cholesterol level and maintain a healthy heart.
