Every season has some special dish and some specialty that keeps reminding us of that season.If summer season has certain characteristics, winter also has certain characteristics that make it special like mustard green fish and carrot halwa.But my favorite winter dish is carrot halwa.

As we all know that every season has some special dish which adds to the happiness of people on the arrival of that season.Similarly I love carrot halwa in winters it is one of my favorite dish and I look forward to winters because of this dish.
Reason
Apart from being my favorite dish, it also has many uses and benefits. Eating carrots provides vitamin A to our eyes.Vitamin A is very useful for our eyes. Carrot also plays an important role in keeping our blood sugar normal. By using carrots, we are protected from dangerous diseases like heart. It is very beneficial for the body.

Yes, of course, this is a dish that is an example, we can use it as a medicine, i.e. as a prescription to remove the deficiency of vitamin A. It is used and we can use it in salads etc. and it can be eaten raw.Its taste makes it unique.

My favorite Yeda dishes are prepared in a very special way, it takes a lot of time to prepare, lots of dry fruits and milk and khoya etc are used to prepare this dish which doubles its taste. This special dish is loved by everyone. In my house, people eat it with great enthusiasm and enjoy the cold season with this dish.
