They say it was the English who invented the stew.
This might be true, but come to Africa, and we will show you how to perfect it! I love hearty food, and stew is first on my list, especially when it is made in a black cast iron pot. We call it "potjiekos" in South Africa.

    Indeed, when it come to food preparation African can really stand to prepare more delicious food then the Europeans. Africans delicacy are so much delicious especially when it is well prepared.

    Nice to hear that THE AFRICAN STEW is really your favorite and at your first list. Sincerely I don't joke with such food and also I don't even share with anyone 😂😂, I don't really needs shortage.
