Lifestyle diarygame 18/10/2024 || Going to apply for a new job
A very good evening to you all my dear steemain friends and welcome to my blog today I really appreciate it, it's another amazing day again which I will be sharing with you today.
As a brief introduction a very good friend of mine Godspower referred me to his new work place today, the name of the hotel 🏨 is KS Bistro and he works there as a cook and wants me to apply as a waiter since that's the only available slot left.
*So late in the afternoon I walked with him to the place because just to be clear I had no idea where the hotel was so I was just following him like a stray dog 🐕 lol 😂 😂.
So when I got there in was given the manager's number so I called him and introduced myself to him on phone in a professional way and he said that I should ask for the coordinator since he's not around.
Now that was the most challenging part because the coordinator wasn't around and Godspower had to go into the kitchen because his shift was getting close and while me on the other hand had to wait for the coordinator to come.

Just to be clear that's the beautiful hotel logo right there and above all the it isn't just an hotel rather it's filled with lots of space for fun infact it's more like a resort because there are lot's of wonderful places.
So still the coordinator hasn't still come so I'm just sitting here and waiting for him to come and it's been more than an hour now since I came and above all I'm still sitting and even tired 😴 of sitting self.
And still another hour have passed by still the coordinator hasn't come, and unfortunately for me another female just came looking to apply for a position of a waitress, so both of us continued to sit and wait for the coordinator together.

And finally the coordinator came and we both walked up to him, greeted him and apply for the job, he collected our CV and told us to wait for him as he went inside.
So now as we speak he is still inside while we on the other hand are still waiting outside for him to come out and call us in for an interview.
So please it would be so kind of you all to pray for me to get the job because with the economic system in Nigeria today a man needs to work in other to survive.
