We all should always budget a specific part of the month i.e. at the beginning of the month and spend accordingly in the month. You have expressed interest in skills and education which I like very much. Because nowadays we should give more importance to education and skills. Because we have seen that countries or nations who are skilled and educated are able to achieve success in a very short period of time.
