The diary game//Treating back pain patient and capturing photos//10/7/2024

Assalamualaikum

Greetings to you all!

I started my day in the name of Allah and then I washed my lab coat in early morning because yesterday I forgot to wash it. It takes around 10 minutes and after that it was the time when I have to go to hospital.

This is you can see me in the first picture when I am in hospital. Sharply at around 8:00 a.m. I was in hospital but there was no patient so right after 2 hours after a long time wait first patient came and she was back pain patient.

Above you can see some of the modalities that are ultrasound, transcutaneous electrical nerves stimulation and hot packs and all these words for the purpose of relaxing muscles and for pain relief.

This is you can see my female patient suffering from pain in lower back and there was minor level of disc bulge but full straightening of due to bad posture so it was a 40 minutes session for patient treatment.

When I returned back to home then I was feeling low energy but fortunately I have my most favourite fruit mangoes in fridge so I enjoyed to mangoes of medium size and they were very sweet in taste.

At night time I captured photography at night time when I was enjoying cloudy weather at night time at roof of my home. After that it was the time when I decided to take rest.
