I hope all of us friends are having a healthy and safe day and I am also having a good day with your prayers and the grace of Allah. Today I am here to participate in a pitha contest. For this, I would first like to thank @abdullahw2 sir. has arranged this contest for us to mention such a beautiful winter recipe-related food I love such contests very much. So today I am here to discuss my favorite winter foods in detail, but let's get started.
I would also like to invite my three friends to participate in the beautiful competition. They are- @ripon0630 @cymolan and @radjasalman . I want them to present their favorite winter recipes here.
What is your favourite food to enjoy in winter, and why?
When winter comes in Bangladesh, the main and favorite food of all the people of Bangladesh is pitha and I am not an exception to this. I also love to eat winter pitha. Different types of pitha are made in Bangladesh and I grew up eating different types of pitha made by my mother. I love to eat winter pitha because when winter passes, these pitha can no longer be made and then it is not so good to eat. So winter is the perfect time to eat pitha and during this time I like to eat lots of pitha at home and outside.
Is there a specific recipe or ingredient that makes it unique for you?
Among the various winter cakes, I like to eat white chitay pitha the most because white chit pitha is so soft and fluffy that you can eat it as it is. And if you add chutney to it, it is incredibly delicious. Even if you buy it from outside, I like to eat white chitay pitha with chutney and I myself now make white chit at home and eat it. I make white chitai pitha which I sometimes eat with chutney and sometimes mix with milk and jaggery to make milk chitai pitha which my family and I like to eat.
How your favourite food is prepared? Provide us with a short overview.
get the full recipe for making my favourite food, white chitay pitha, I'm mentioning it here.

Material | quantity |

Rice powder | as required |
Salt | 1 tsp |
lukewarm Water | as per quantity |
The Process of receipe
●First, take a quantity of rice powder in a bowl and this rice powder must be dry rice powder.
● Then I will add a spoonful of salt to it.
●Then I will pour lukewarm water little by little and make a soft dough.
● Then mix the water and flour well for about five to ten minutes. This will make the pitha much softer.
●Then heat an iron pan on the stove. And I wiped it on the pan with a little oil. It is much better to make pitha in an iron pan. It is even better if you make pitha in an earthen pan. There is a possibility that the pitha will be much softer.
●Then you have to pour the required amount there and wait for a while. After waiting for about one to one and a half minutes, you can see how beautifully the pitha has risen and become soft.
● Thus, I fried several pithas and then took a selfie with my pitha.
