Dragon is a very delicious fruit and it is a tropical fruit, especially in the southern part of America such fruits are produced more and nowadays dragon fruit is cultivated in our country at and very cheap price We often find this fruit in the market during summer and this fruit contains a lot of nutrients from children to old people can eat this fruit contains everything vitamin C magnesium calcium and it contains omega three which is very necessary for our body and this Dragon fruit we can eat as a salad or eat as a juice and if not we can eat the inner part if it is skin pink white yellow different types of dragon fruit are available.
