Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @lirvic in this Steemit Iron Chef community. The topic of this contest is about "Taste at first Sight". What does the expression "food enters through the eyes" means to you?

This expression that food enters through the eyes means that if a food is appetizing and looks good in presentation then automatically when our eyes recognised its deliciousness then automatically our mouth start secreting the mucus and all the important fluids that is needed to choose the food and are reflex games to mind so that we can in grill that food.

This is very important that a food must be looks very good from its shape smell and also by its texture and colour if it looks very good and promising then signals goes to our brain and we will happily eat it so this prove that food enters through our eyes in our mind and then we start eating it.

Do you consider that the presentation of a dish is important to stimulate appetite?

Yes it is very important that presentation of a stimulates our appetite because when a food looks good our eye recognise it and then send a particular reflex to our brain and then brain recognise that reflex and automatically our mouse start producing all the mucus and the our glands become activated and automatically all the gut including esophagus larynx and ultimately the stomach start producing the hydrochloric acid along with bile juice and some other components that is required for that digestion and when we eat it the food completely digest and flow into our blood streams and we get proper nutrition.

Further more, the presentation of a food matter a lot for advertising purposes because when the food is nicely presented i.e each and every thing is managed properly including the pots, food in them and the spoons etc. All these combined puts a positive impacts on the people who are going to eat that well presented food. Also it is among the ethics of eating that each and every thing during will be neat, clean and the food will be presented nicely.

What colors of foods stimulate your appetite the most?

I think for me the food colours like green and orange Brown colours stimulate my appetite the most these are the universal colour of the food because most of our vegetable and fruits are just of the green colour and also all the food mostly the Pakistani food which we cook on the store takes the colour of Brown and orange foods which I have been saying from my childhood of these colours stimulate my appetite the most.

In most of the cases I like the eat fast foods which are present in brown color and the barbeques are also present in that color such as Seekh Kabab, Malai Boti, Chicken Tikka etc. They all found in brown color and they are my favorite foods too which always take an important part in boosting my appetite. The pizza, bergers, nuggets and other fast foods are also found in brown color which increase my appetite.

What is your favorite dish that you consider to be eye-catching and why?

My favourite dish is Pakistani chicken korma this is my favourite dish because of many reason let me explain few of them I can see direct I catching because the whole process when it is good is very Junaid first of all a lot of spices and a lot of various is good in a little oil and then the meet is good along with it also when we add Desi ghee into it this ads a lot more flavours and their are so many spices that is traditionally added to it.

Which makes it more unique and when it is dish is served green fresh coriander is chopped and sprinkle on it along with the Ginger slices which is cut into thin strips and garnish it on the top of it and when it is served hot and fresh the aroma with is coming from the pot just looks very I getting and brown Orange meet cooked along with the sprinkle of green coriander and white ginger pieces and green chillies looks very appetizing and promising.
