Hello to all the members and seniors of the Iron Chef community.

"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 39 :(rice nuggets ) "

Today I would like to share my kids favourite a healthy recipe with you all.

I would like to thank my dear friend @mariami to organized this lovely contest "Recipe of the Day, Week No. 39:" in #steemitironchef community.

This morning while going to school the children had made a request that mummy we will not eat lunch after coming back from school. We will eat rice nuggets only so please make rice negates for us.

That is why I made rice nuggets for the children this afternoon.

To make these rice nuggets I used common ingredients kept at home.

Ingredients:

One bowl of rice, two boiled potatoes, one green chilli, one clove of garlic, and a small piece of ginger, coriander leaves, oregano, chilli flakes, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and black pepper powder.

Preparation:

To make rice negates, first of all I soaked one bowl of rice in water.

Now I grated two boiled potatoes.

When the rice swelled a little, I put it in the mixer jar. Added a green chilli, a small piece of ginger, a clove of garlic and grinded it finely and transferred it to a plate.

Now added potatoes, ground rice, coriander leaves and spices as per taste and mixed everything and prepared a soft dough.

Now I greased my hands and took small portions of the potato-rice mixture and gave it a nugget shape and kept it ready.

Method:

When my children came back from school, I quickly heated oil in a pan. When the oil was completely hot, I put the prepared nuggets in it and started frying them.

When one side was cooked a little, I turned them with the help of a ladle and cooked them from the other side as well. When they became crispy, took them out of the oil and served with green chutney (chutney prepared at home with green coriander and raw mango) and tomato ketchup.

The children enjoyed these nuggets to the fullest.

I am sharing some pictures of my recipe with you all. All these pictures are taken from my phone.
I hope you all will like this recipe of mine.

I invite my 3 friends. @rosselena @wuddi and @fannyescobar

Thanks for reading my post
