Hello Everyone How are you? I hope all of my ste chefs and my steem friends will be fine and all will be happy and enjoying thier lives in this precious world. Now i am here this is your very own Faran Nabeel and today i will come to participate on it's engagement challenge that is held on steemit iron chef community with a wonderful theme. So my dear friend today i am very happy to write about my dream food.

What's the one recipe you've always dreamed of cooking but for some reason never got around to?

As being a Food Technologist I know how to cook but not much professionally. I just know the manufacturing of our food and the process of our cooking. But some authentic recipe I want to cook and dreamed of but for some reason I never tried them. I love Italian foods including Chowmien, macaroni, noodles, pasta and soups are my favourite things.

I have tried many of them but the special thing that I have never tried yet is Alfredo's Pasta or White Sauce Pasta. Whenever I want to try to make it I am always short of ingredients. In my near stores the special ingredients like dried Basil, Oregano and oyster sauce are not available or bad in quality. But I dreamed of to cook it because I think it is little difficult of making sauce perfectly.

Just like I mentioned above these are my favourite recipes or favorite food and I have tried them many times. But everytime I try pasta it makes me feel like exotic. It is very yummy and delicious to try. For the every first time, my sister make it for me. She used shell pasta, chicken and white sauce. It is very new for me when I tried it. it was very saucy and sticky and he used very little amount of spices... and I like very spicy food... Anyway it was good and mouthwatering... after that I have tried pasta many times and ordered form fast food but I have never tried at home...

Have you ever tried your dream recipe?

I tried many types of pasta but Alfredo's white sauce pasta is the one recipe that I have never tried yet. It is very unique and little number of restaurants make it and I am not a travelling person. I don't go outside without any reason so it is difficult for me to find out the best pasta here. My Best friend is a Master Chef now but he is belong to Faisalabad and working there in a restaurant. He often comes and have no time. But I request him to make this recipe specially for me and taught me how to make it perfectly. All the process of making pasta is very easy but by practically it is little bit difficult to make is perfect.
