"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 44: (Egg korma Recipe)

Today I will share my entry in the contest Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.44 was organized by @lirvic mam in the Steemit Iron Chef Community. I will share the egg korma recipe in this week's contest. The egg korma recipe with its great taste is loved by everyone, young and old. Eating egg korma with pulao or biryani is very amazing.
🥚All the ingredients required for the egg korma recipe are as follows:🥚

Ginger paste | 1 teaspoon |
Garlic paste | 1 teaspoon |
🥚Egg korma preparation method:🥚
√ For the egg korma recipe, I took 8 eggs. I put water in a pan on the stove and let the eggs boil. After cooking for ten minutes, when the eggs are cooked, peel the eggs.
√ Now I took a cup to blend the chopped onion, cashews, raisins, and green chilies. First I blended the chopped onion in the cup. Then I blended the green chilies, raisins, and cashews with a little water. This paste will double the taste of the egg korma recipe.
√ Now I pierced the eggs with a toothpick. The eggs were then massaged with one teaspoon of salt. After that, I gave it some time to rest.
√ I put a pan on the stove and heated the oil. The eggs were dropped into the heated oil. Then I fried them well, stirring both sides until brown. When the eggs got a nice color, I took the eggs out in a bowl.
√ I added a little more oil to the oil in the pan. After that, I added some spicy spices and onion paste to the oil. When the onion paste is fried and a nice aroma of hot spices comes out, I will add the prepared cashew, green chili, and raisin paste.
√ After stirring all the ingredients for some time, I added ginger paste and garlic paste. After the raw scent of garlic and ginger had subsided, I added coriander powder, cumin powder, and a small amount of chili powder. If chili powder is not added too much, then the egg korma will not taste good.
√ After adding the powder and spices, I again stirred all the ingredients well. After grinding the spices for some time, I added a cup of liquid milk.
√ Then I mixed all the spices well with milk. I added the milk and seasonings, then the fried eggs.
√ After adding the eggs, I added salt, stirred it, and cooked it on medium heat.
√ I cooked it for about 10 minutes. Now the milk has thickened, mixed with the spices, and has a beautiful color.
√ Now I cut two green chilies into two pieces and put them in the egg korma.
√ After cooking, cover it and let it simmer for 5 minutes before serving. I took a pot for serving. Then I served the egg korma.
√ After serving, I spread the onion paste on the egg korma.
