The Recipe Of The Day #45 || Fried Chicken For Christmas

Let me share to you one my recipe last Christmas Day, Fried Chicken. This is one my favorite comfort food. Simple, easy to make, and inexpensive. I also love the crunchiness and juiceness.
Ingredients:
3 kilos chopped chicken
500 grams all- purpose flour
3 sachets of crispy fry mix
3 eggs
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
750 ml cooking oil
Procedures:
- 1.Prepare and dry the chicken. Rub it with salt and ground black pepper. And let it stay for 15 minutes.
- 2.Let's make the breading. Mix the 1/2 all purpose flour and the crispy fry. Whisk until well combined.
3.After 15 minutes get the chicken and add 3 beaten eggs. Add the half of the breading mixture and incorporate.
4.Dredge the chicken and arrange in a container.
- 5.Heat oil in a pan. Fried all the the chicken in moderate heat. Let it cool for about 45 minutes.
- 6.Then fried the chicken second time with high heat and done.
The fried chicken was crispy and juicy. I cooked approximately 40 pieces. My approximate expenses was 800 pesos (46.47 STEEM).
It took a long time cooking. But it's okay because my family likes my fried chicken and said delicious. And they want me to cook it again.
