INGREDIENTS
💚 cassava tubers 💚 Onions 💚 Mustard 💚 Salt 💚 Oil 💚 Red chillies
Step1 :
First, take two cassava tubers and cut them into large pieces. Then peel their skin and wash them well twice in water.
Step2 :
Take two cups of water in a vessel, add a little salt and put the cut cassava tuber pieces and boil them.
Step3 :
While it is boiling, chop the onion into small pieces. Then pour oil in a pan and heat it, after heating, add a little mustard. Fry it, then add the chopped onion and red dried chilli and fry it well.
Step 4 :
After frying, add a little turmeric powder and salt, take the cassava tubers that we had already boiled, drain the water, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the pan.
Step 5 :
Then stir the casava pieces well on low flame until all the pieces turn yellow.
Step 6 :
Then fry them well, put them on a plate, and serve hot .
Now the delicious cassava tuber stir-fry is ready. This is good to eat with any meals or eat directy as snacks.

Cassava is something I can easily get from the farm. The other ingredients are affordable as well.
Is there any particular species of cassava that is preferable for this dish? Because we have so many varieties here and they have their peculiarities too, especially when it comes to the level of starch.
