"Recipe of the Day, Week No: 39: (Fluffy Pancake)”
Greetings dear Chefs! I hope you are all doing great. In today's blog, I would be happy to share my fluffy pancake recipe.
Measure and sift out the desired quantity of flour.
Add all dry ingredients; sugar, pepper, cinnamon and milk. If you have liquid milk it should be mixed with liquid ingredients like egg.
Add properly whisked egg and any other liquid ingredient.
Add water and mix thoroughly to obtain your desired density. Batter is ready!
Place a dry frying pan on fire. Ensure it is on medium heat. Add a little vegetable oil ( it can be groundnut oil, olive oil, or any suitable oil for frying).
Flip the pancake over with a spatula once you notice the other side is properly fried.

Pancake is batter that is fried in a pan. It is eaten in most parts of the world. Preferably, it is mostly eaten as breakfast. It requires a few ingredients and a simple recipe to prepare.

• Flavour ( Vanilla, strawberry, cinnamon,etc.)
