Sending warm greetings to you wonderful chefs. I trust you are all good. I am so thrilled to participate in this wonderful contest created by @crismenia.
For this contest, I prepared noodles and fried plantain. Noodles is a very simple meal. It can be prepared in different ways but, for this contest I stir-fried it. Let's get cooking right away!
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients
For this recipe, I used;
- 2 packs of noodles
- Onions
- Carrots
- Pepper
- Seasoning powder
- Vegetable oil
PROCEDURE

First, we cook the noodles
Then, we stir fry it

I had no problem while preparing the noodles because it is very easy to prepare and it is done in few minutes. It contains micronutrients and fried plantain is rich in fiber and potassium. Plantain also provides the body with energy.

The noodles looks really nice. I can already tell it tastes good too. carrots are really nutritious in food to. I haven't tried the ripe plantain combination 😅
