Today we start Steemit Open Bar! ๐ธ
A few weeks ago we were handling this idea at SIC and we are finally going to make it a reality.
From today I will be in charge of the new SIC contest which we have named Steemit Open Bar๐ธ, this thanks to the support of @progressivechef who is always thinking about how to entertain and grow all the Ironchefs in the community.
In this contest we will put to flight the creativity of all our participants to sublimate and elevate ingredients until they become wonderful cocktails presented in the best style of professional bartenders.
Creating a cocktail is an art, where we must consider the combination of flavors, textures, densities, temperatures, in short a whole series of elements that are what make a drink perferta.
Here we will work basically with drinks, yes my friend with all kinds of drinks, built, shaken, layered, frozen, flamed, effervescent, stirred, digestive, refreshing, aperitifs, collins, effervescent always remembering that the goal of this contest is to have fun, enjoy and create wonderful cocktails for Steemit Open Bar ๐ธ.

So let's not waste any more time and see what this first round is all about:
In this first round of Steemit Open Bar ๐ธ we are going to work with::
CONSTRUCTED COCKTAILS!!!๐ธ๐ฅ๐น
Constructed cocktails are cocktails prepared directly in the glass or cup where they will be served, it is very common to make this type of cocktails at home to enjoy in the company of loved ones, this time we will make constructed cocktails but we will elevate them to the level of Steemit Open Bar ๐ธ.
You can use different density techniques such as gradient, blending or posse-cafe (layered) or simply make a cocktail by making wonderful combinations, stirring and enjoying the process.๐ธ๐น๐ฅ
There are endless combinations waiting to be sublimated and enjoyed by you my dear friend, some examples of constructed cocktails are: Destornillador, Cuba Libre, Mimosa, Tequila sunrise, Gin tonic, among others.
These cocktails can be with alcohol or without alcohol (mocktail), for us at Steemit Open Bar ๐ธ the most important thing is that you are creative, that you have fun, that you share your recipe, your best pictures and a brief description of the process of making your Cocktail with us!!
So it's time to get started ... just follow the following rules:
๐ You must post from the Steemit-Ironchef Community., only 1 entry per participant is allowed.
Prepare your entry based on the theme of the week: CONSTRUCTED COCKTAILS! ๐ธ๐ฅ๐น
๐ The title should be: Steemit Open Bar๐ธ/ Round 1/ Name your drink.
๐Make sure to use #steemit-openbar , #steemit-ironchef and #steemexclusive as the main hashtags and also tag me @marcelys1 so I don't miss your entry!
๐ You must put @steemit-ironchef as the beneficiary in your post.
๐ We expect our participants to increase at least 50% of their liquid rewards (SBD exchanged for Steem and then turn it on!) Let's grow together, join #club505050!

The first round has a duration of 7 days, from today 11/16/21 until Tuesday 11/23/21, at 11:59 pm, Venezuela time.
Please note that entries received after the deadline will not be entered into the contest.
