Yes, dear sister, I hope you are well and your post is amazing and as I opened your post, first of all, as soon as I read the name of koftas, my tongue watered. My favorite dish is and I eat kafta of mincemeat with great passion and the way you are making it is a very good method. My mother also makes saem in the same way. Brothers, keep serving your family, may Allah grant you long life and I hope that your test will also be good. You have made it so hard.🌸

Wa Alaikum Salam dear api @maria-jangoa Allahamdulliha I am good and how are you? And tell me, mother, father, brother, how are all the people? I pray to Allah Almighty that Allah Almighty bestows more blessings in your hands and in your food. Your post was great. You worked very hard to make koftas.
The kofta recipe was very good. And the method you used was also very easy. As in koftas, you put different kinds of ingredients, it is a very laborious work. Koftas looks very good when ready. I hope my sister has scored well and her taste will also be very good. May Allah keep you safe and happy always.
