I hope all my friends are healthy and safe and I am also having a good day with your prayers and the grace of Allah. Winter is slowly coming and during this time, it is necessary to take a little extra care of the children and the elderly at home. Today I have come to participate in a recipe contest organized by @nancy0 mam. The contest's name is The recipe of the day #41. It is a great contest and here I like to mention my favorite recipes. Like every week, this week I have come up with one of my favourite recipes. But without wasting your valuable time, let's get started.

Cauliflower is available in abundance in the winter in Bangladesh, and although Bangladesh is not experiencing much winter right now, cauliflower is available in abundance in the market. Although the price is a bit higher, this cauliflower is now much more delicious to eat, and cauliflower is a versatile vegetable. This vegetable can be eaten in many different ways. We can use cauliflower in boiled bhajir soup or various types of curry. Cauliflower contains various nutrients that can be used. Those who are trying to lose weight can eat cauliflower without any hesitation and it is very low in calories. In addition, it contains vitamins A and K, which are very beneficial for our body and eyes. Today I cooked the first cauliflower of the year. And with this cauliflower and big fish, I have created a recipe which I am now presenting.

🥘STEP 1🥘

▣In today's recipe, I will add boiled potatoes with some cauliflower, so I boiled the potatoes well and peeled them. Then I cut the cauliflower into sized pieces and chopped the onions. I also chopped the bay leaves and a few part of garlic.
▣Then I took five pieces of fish, chopped and washed them well and put them in a bowl.

🥘STEP 2🥘

▣Then I put salt, turmeric and dry chilli powder on the fish. Here I added a little more dry chili powder because I like it a little more spicy. Here anyone can add according to their preference.
▣ Then I mixed the spices on the and left it to marinate for 10 minutes.

🥘STEP 3🥘

▣In the next step, I took a fry pan and fried the fish well in oil.
▣Then I took another pan and there I added chopped onion and bay leaves and fried them well in oil.

🥘STEP 4🥘

▣Then I put the spices in a bowl like a amount .
▣Next, I sauté the spices and onions well for about five minutes.

🥘STEP 5🥘

▣Once the spices are cooked, I add the cauliflower and potatoes mix everything well and
boil for another five to ten minutes until cooked.
▣Then, once the vegetables are cooked well, add the fried fish and wait for another two to three minutes.

When the vegetables were cooked, I added the fried fish.

🥘STEP 6🥘

▣Then add water to curry like a amount. Check the salt carefully. If it is too low, add a little salt. Then sprinkle some fried jiragura on top.
▣ Wait for the bolog to form well. After a while, when the balls form, remove the curry from the stove and my cooking is complete.

▣Then, for serving, take a few pieces of fish and cauliflower in a pot and serve.

A great recipe to eat with hot rice for lunch or dinner. It is rich in vitamins and also contains fish nutrition which is very beneficial for our body.
