<头脑特工队 2>：一部不枯燥的青少年心理课

随着暑假的到来，我们家的小宝贝终于不用每天赶往学校了。虽然我们还是给他报了一些课外培训班，但总的来说，我们一家人共度的闲暇时光明显增多了。说起来，这真是让人难以置信——小宝贝长这么大了，我们竟然很少一家人一起去看电影。原因有二：一是疫情期间，电影院不开放；二是他小时候在广州长隆游乐场的一次不愉快的4D电影体验，那次他被吓得哭了起来，不得不提前离场。

现在，随着疫情的结束和小宝贝年龄的增长，这些都不是问题了。我们计划了一次家庭观影活动。这次选择的电影是《头脑特工队2》，这部电影的第一部上映还是在九年前，那时小宝贝还没出生，是我和妻子一起去看的。如今，第二部上映时，我们已经是一家三口了，真是让人感慨时光飞逝。

《头脑特工队2》的剧情延续了第一部，主角依然是小女孩莱利。虽然两部之间的时间跨度长达九年，但小宝贝如今都快和第一部中的主角莱利差不多年纪了。在第二部中，莱利已经成长为一个13岁的青少年，进入了青春期。这部动画片由皮克斯出品，皮克斯工作室虽然属于迪士尼，但其早期历史可以追溯到苹果公司的前总裁乔布斯。皮克斯的动画作品一直是动画界的技术和创意标杆，从未让人失望过，其作品适合所有年龄段的观众。

《头脑特工队2》将脑科学和神经科学的内容巧妙地融入到一部充满想象力的动画片中，讲述了莱利进入青春期的故事。在上一部中，莱利的大脑主要由五种基本情绪——快乐、悲伤、恐惧、厌恶和愤怒——控制。在父母的呵护下，只要管理好这五种情绪，就能塑造出一个健康的人格。然而，进入青春期后，最大的不同是人的社会化。人与人之间的互动变得复杂，别人对你的评价和看法是无法完全控制的。

为了适应这种变化，莱利的大脑中出现了几位新的情绪角色：代表焦虑的“焦角”，他是这一集中的大反派；代表崇拜的“木木”，以及与“大个子”和“悠悠”相似的“尬嘎”和“丧丧”。这些新的情绪都与人际交往和社交有关。一开始，莱利并不知道如何管理这些新情绪，导致出现了各种问题。

《头脑特工队2》通过现实世界和想象中的大脑世界两条故事线索，讲述了一个精彩的故事，看完之后让人深受启发。如果家里有青春期的孩子，我非常推荐这部电影，它不仅是一个非常棒的青少年心理学入门课程，而且一点都不枯燥。看过之后，你会对孩子们的心理有更深刻的认识，在与孩子的相处过程中会得到更多的启示和帮助。

现在已经放暑假了,小宝贝不用每天去学校。

游乐场的电影里面看了一次4D的电影。
结果电影才播放没多久,他就被吓得哭了起来,
只得提前退场。
随着疫情的结束,和小宝贝年龄的增长,
这些都不是问题了。
所以我们有计划了一次家庭观影。
那这次观影的电影就是《头脑特工队2》。
《特工队》的上映还是在9年前,当时小宝贝还没出生,
是和老婆一起去看的。
最近第二部出品的时候,我们已经是一家三口了,
真是让人感慨光阴荏苒了。
这一部的剧情还是承接了上一部。
主角还是小女孩莱莉。
虽然两部之间的跨度长达9年,
当年还没出生的小宝贝如今都快长,
都快和第一部中的主角莱莉差不多年龄了。
但是在第二部中,莱莉也见面了。
仅仅只长了几岁,是一位13岁的青少年,
也就是说进入了青春期。
这部动画片同样是匹克斯出品的。
匹克斯工作室虽然是迪士尼旗下的,
但他的早期历史甚至要追溯到苹果公司的前总裁乔布斯。
可以说在热衷于炒冷饭出序集,
宣传政治正确的迪士尼片当中,
匹克斯的CG动画作品其实都是CG动画界的技术和创意标杆,
从来都没有让人失望过。
而且他的作品很多都是老少显皆宜的。
在看似风俗和儿童画的画面下,
往往包含着比较深刻的道理和知识,
而头老日苦,
特工队,
可以说将脑科学和神经科学的内容包装成了一部充满了想象力的老少介意的动画片。
回到故事情节,
终来这一部来历进入了青春期,
也就是由儿童想成年人过渡的时期。
在上一部中,
莱莉头脑中的情绪主要是乐乐主管兴奋和高兴,
也是情绪中的主角,
悠悠,
和燕燕以及露露。
可以说这都是非常基本甚至说原始的情绪。
在父母的呵护下,
只要管理好这五种情绪,
就能够塑造出一个健康的人格。
而进入青春期之后,
最大的不同就是因为人是社会化的动物,
人与人之间也要打交道,
而且在社会当中,
别人对你的评价也是无法掌控的。
不像在儿童时代,
无论你做什么都是父母的心肝宝贝。
在由陌生人或者没有亲缘关系的人组成的社会当中,
你的表现决定了你在别人心目中的位置,
同时也决定了你的社会地位。
为了适应这样的变化,

当然到最后,
我们也知道他也并不是那么坏。
还有闪着大眼睛,
闪着一双星星眼,
代表崇拜的木母以及大个子和悠悠很像的嘎嘎和桑桑。
其实仔细看这些新的情绪,
其实都是和人际交往和社交有关的情绪。
进入青春期之后,
青少年的大佬中产生了这些情绪。
一开始,
他们并不知道怎么管,
管理他们就会出现各种各样的问题。
这个头脑特工对二通过见识世界,
想象中的头脑世界两条故事线索,
讲了一个还算精彩的故事,
看完之后还是很受启发的。
如果家里有青春期的孩子的父母还是非常推荐一看的,
可以说是一个非常棒的,
而且一点都不枯燥的青少年心理学,
他们的入门课程看过之后,
会对孩子们心里到底是怎么想的,
有一个更加深刻的认识,
在和孩子的相处过程中会得到更多的启示和帮助。

With the arrival of summer vacation, our little baby finally doesn't have to rush to school every day. The animated film is produced by Pixar, a studio owned by Disney that traces its early history back to Steve Jobs, the former head of Apple. Pixar's animation has always been a technical and creative benchmark in the animation industry, never disappoints, and its work is suitable for audiences of all ages.

"Inside Out 2" cleverly blends brain science and neuroscience into an imaginative cartoon that follows Riley as he enters adolescence. In the previous installment, Riley's brain was dominated by five basic emotions - happiness, sadness, fear, disgust, and anger. Under the care of parents, as long as the management of these five emotions, you can build a healthy personality. After puberty, however, the biggest difference is socialization. Human interactions become complex, and what others say about you is impossible to completely control.

To adapt to this change, Riley has several new emotional characters in his brain: the anxious "Scorchhorn," the episode's main villain; "Mu Mu", which represents worship, and "Ga Ga" and "Mourning", which are similar to "big man" and "Youyou". These new emotions are all related to interpersonal and social interaction. At first, Riley didn't know how to manage these new emotions, which led to problems.

"Inside Out 2" through the real world and the imaginary world of the brain two story lines, tells a wonderful story, after watching deeply enlightening. If you have an adolescent in your family, I highly recommend this movie, not only is it a great introductory course in teen psychology, but it's not dull at all. After reading, you will have a deeper understanding of the psychology of children, and you will get more inspiration and help in the process of getting along with children.
