币安当机的临时维护,会不会引发大盘剧烈波动?

大盘正好在整理位置.

前几天FCOIN跑路,今天币安大面积当机,绝大多数操作无法进行.包括行情都看不到了.

公告好像也没有说什么时候恢复!

这么不确定的事情,会不会加急大盘的波动?
