10th Plastic Arts Competition:My Childhood Dream Career Was To Be a Farmer

Good day everyone I am so happy to participate in this great and memorial contest which is about our dream career when we were little, we all had dreams that we wanted to fulfill some are still on the path to accomplish that. Much thanks to @alejartist for bringing up such an interesting Contest. Below is a drawing showing my childhood dream career.

It was like a nightmare to my parent when I told them about my dream of becoming a farmer. It sounds so abstract for a child to have such dreams because everyone wants to get a white collar job where he or she don't really stresss their joints and body for but I saw beyond stress and the side effects. I saw abundance, peace, growth and development. Agriculture which is the cultivation of land and rearing of farm animals will help develop the economy and the household. What I saw as a kid, With Agriculture you can earn daily if you practice commercial farming, Add to Government revenue, develop the economic state of the country. I think my dream was positive and productive because it surpasses my immediate home to the economy.

Materials I used for drawing
✨A4 sheet
✨Pencils
✨Eraser

I started by drawing the hat to the head, Also making some shades to the hat to make it nice

Then I inserted the eyes, mouth, ears with the nose to make it a complete face. Starting up with the shirt from the collar region.

I made it down to his shoulder, making it up with the designed Tshirt.

Lastly I made a complete drawing showing a farmer with a basket full of farm produce, produce like lettuce, garbage and oranges. To make them look real I made shades with my Hb pencils

Dreams are not really to be fulfilled but pursued, still on my grind to get a yard as a peasant farmer then grow up to be a commercial farmer. I think recession will come the country's way if they don't invest much of their energy in agriculture.

My dream to be a commercial farmer is a big dream and a positive one. We all have big childhood dreams all I can say is don't give up chasing those dreams. Thank you all for going through my post. I love you all❤️🥰
