Hello Dear Friends

This will be my first post in the Scouts y sus Amigos community. I am with you to participate in Steemit Engagement Challenge, season 2, week 4, My Job / Profession. How are you? I hope everyone is well. I would like to say that I am very happy to write in such a community. Thank you to everyone who organized and contributed to the competition.

I live in Antalya, Turkey. Here, I work as a civil servant in a State School affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. I closely follow all correspondence related to education and all developments related to the school, and look at the personnel and registration procedures of both students, teachers and administrative staff.

I check all kinds of information and changes about the canteen operated in our school, from the contracts, to the price application descriptions. I do the documents, records, and monthly checks of the transportation services used by the students at the school. I prepare the receipts of the electricity, water and internet bills used by the school, the files of the students and the class notebooks of the teachers.

We follow up all the documents and records written to our school from the District Directorate of National Education and send them to the necessary branches and share the desired tables about the school. In short, we strive to teach our students the best education with the newest and most advanced options throughout the academic year.

We can define education as the advancement of people's own skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviors in the society they live in. When we take a look at the education system, let's evaluate the education system in Turkey.

The education system is run under the Ministry of National Education. Compulsory education in Turkey is given as 12 years. The first 4 years of this are primary school, the second 4 years are secondary school and the third 4 years are high school. Of course, parents who want to send their children to Preschool Education, namely Kindergarten, before sending them to school.

We can also say Pre-School Education, Primary School preparation stage. It is the period when children leave the house and leave their parents for the first time. They begin to learn the pen, the book, the notebook, the coloring papers, the blackboard. In this period, children are taught to do some work themselves for their rapid development. Play games for children to gain self-confidence and a sense of being able to act independently. Children are drawn by playing various games to develop their hand skills.

Students who will experience their first excitement in the first grade of primary school are taking their first steps to learn to read and write. Their teachers will make an effort to teach them letters and numbers. They will also have the opportunity to meet their brand new friends. They will write and paint with their tiny hands and innocent hearts.

I must say that I love my job. Being in the education sector makes me proud. Because I am in education, I have the chance to follow the developments more closely. It is an honor for me to be among the young students and accompany their thoughts and feelings. Likewise, helping our trainers get things done, exchanging ideas with them and talking about the agenda gives me experience. It makes me very happy to communicate with the innocent and sincere feelings of the students and to listen to their problems.
