Your health depends on your diet. There are hundred types of recipies each type of food has 6 ingredients.
- Protein
- Carbohydrates
- Fats
- Vitamins
- Minerals
- water
If you have all of these ingredients in your diet but if you don't used it properly then you will have health problem's in your body.
REMEMBER A FEW POINTS:
Men's need about 3200 calories per a day depending on the nature of their work. Otherside women's need 2500 calories.
60% of your calories is important to get from carbohydrates. It's main sources are Milk, Egg, Meat, Pulses etc..
