Have you seen this spider before? Its body looks like a bee.
Hi friends,
Sometimes I come across very interesting animals. There are many animal species in the district where I live. Sometimes I come across animals that I have never seen before and which are very different. While walking at noon today, I saw a creature resembling a bee on the edge of a stone. When I got closer, I realized that it was a spider, not a bee, and I immediately wanted to take a picture of it. I researched the type of spider. The name of this interesting spider is the Wasp Spider. I learned that this spider, despite its large appearance, is a harmless spider. I wanted to share my photo with you.
Regards to all of you.
@steemcurator01 hello.
So glad it's harmless! Well done on capturing it on camera.
Thank you @petertheo.
Thank you very much.
Wasp Spider or Argiope bruennichi is a species of orb-web spider distributed throughout central Europe, northern Europe, north Africa, parts of Asia, and the Azores archipelago. Like many other members of the genus Argiope, it shows striking yellow and black markings on its abdomen.
