[Traditional Food] Traditional British Rich Fruitcake

When I was younger, I wasn't the biggest fan of fruitcakes. But as I've gotten older and my taste has matured, I just couldn't get enough of it!

A fruitcake's crumb is more dense and substantial than that of sponge and chiffon cakes.

Its flavor is mildly bitter but pleasant, thanks to the brandy and tea infusion.

Packed with almonds, orange peel, and dried cherries, every mouthful is a sensory overload of flavors and textures.
