step 1 :

First I painted the big eye and part of the king of the eye nicely with black.

Then I painted the middle part of the eyes beautifully with red, yellow and blue colors.

Then I painted the eyelids with black paint and drew a nice smudge on the upper and lower sides.

Then I painted the back background a little red and painted it nicely with light orange color.

Then I made eye art more colorful with orange color and light yellow and dark yellow colors.
