Random Blog on Crypto (Part 55) : How can we make steem better (5. Ensuring at least small earning for every activity)

The big problem of Facebook, Twitter is that those who are doing social activity, Facebook is getting popular for their social activity but the users are not getting anything from it. Many of those who blog on Steemit don't get a lot of votes on their posts, or many people read other people's posts and comment but those comments don't actually get a lot of votes. This will demotivate those who work here for rewards. As a result, it is natural that the amount of comments and posts of users will gradually decrease.

I think the biggest solution to solve this issue is if the website can use the popularity to buy some ads and the amount of reward that comes from those ads should be kept in a part of the development and the rest of the whole part should be distributed among the small users discussed above. Those who are promoting the platform by posting and commenting should be considered. If they can be evaluated in this way, everyone will understand that Steem Blockchain is a platform where spending a moment of someone's time is never in vain, but everyone can get some kind of reward for spending every moment of time here.

And if this is not possible through the ad system then a part of the total mining steem must be spent on this task through a hard fork so that everyone can earn something just by giving time here. Just as 10% of the mining reward is kept for witnesses, an amount should be kept for everyone's time evaluation. I think this concept will be very different from traditional social media and that's why people will be more interested to write & comments more which is actually directly related to the overall development of this platform. I propose this idea to the Steemit team to implement this initiative and hope to try to make this idea a reality in the future.
