Russian Winter

I haven't blogged in quite some time. I don't know, I can't explain why it happened. Perhaps there was no strength, perhaps there was no time to sit down and write a meaningful text.

In our Covid times, there are so many things you need to do in addition to what was before.

But be that as it may, today I again type text on the keyboard and glorify the Russian winter.

Why winter? Yes, simply because it is winter and white snowdrifts around. If there were more sun in winter, then I would always be very happy about the arrival of this season.

The most famous poet in Russia, Alexander Pushkin, has lines about love for autumn and winter ... At the same time, he did not like spring, because he always got sick in the spring. The summer was too hot for him, dusty and full of flies and mosquitoes.

Autumn is my favorite time.

I love autumn too, but winter is beautiful too.

This winter I did not manage to visit many different beautiful places, but still, I saw something and visited some places.

Although these places are not new to me, they have some special charm that makes them so attractive to me.

The village of Teterinskoe is one of such places. There is a deep picturesque ravine. There is a beautiful high bell tower with history. There are beautiful wooden houses and trees with red berries, which are very good against the background of snow.

We arrived here on a clear day in a bitter cold. This frost finished off my Canon 5d mk II. He forged the shutter and the mechanism for lifting the mirror. By the way, as a result, I had to change the camera. Extra expenses.

But I don't regret it. I still managed to enjoy the beauty of the Russian winter, even at the cost of replacing the camera.

Now I'm in the throes of choosing a new camera. This is a separate topic that will occupy me in the near future.

In the meantime, I will share the beauties of Russian winter nature.
