Describing the liner, I constantly tell you about the upper deck 9, on which the pool is located.
The upper one is open, so it would probably be more correct to call it, because all decks from 8 and below are closed, that is, they have a ceiling.
9 deck - with pools and a jacuzzi.
But there is also an open deck 10. There is a treadmill in a circle on it, and a circular view of the liner, many people gather on it for a review when the ship approaches or leaves the shore.
And then there are decks 11 and 12. Both of them are closed and are located in the tail section of the ship.
On decks 11 and 12 there is one of their boxes where you can sit and the restaurant "IZUMI", which I want to tell you about today.

This is a sushi restaurant.

About the restaurants on the liner.
Many ships (probably all, I don't know for sure) have restaurants that you can visit for extra money. Just like going to a restaurant for lunch or dinner.
Reservations are made in advance, you arrive at your chosen time and enjoy your meal at this restaurant.
We usually take 1 or 2 restaurants of this kind in advance, paying a symbolic amount, like for an excursion, then, when we come to the restaurant, we just enjoy the food, that is, what they give us (what they treat us to).
Sometimes we choose restaurants with a panoramic view, so that it is somewhere high up, or the view from the window is interesting, or sometimes we choose something special for this ship.

This time our choice fell on the IZUMI sushi restaurant, which was already on deck 12, that is, on the very, very top of the liner.
We love sushi, we eat all seafood with pleasure, the price for visiting was quite small, something about $ 50 for two, why not try and find out what kind of restaurant it is.
And see where it is located.

Here is a picture-plan of the liner, which stands near the elevators on each floor, look at the very top, find deck 12 in the middle and the IZUMI restaurant on it. It's him.

We usually go to all restaurants for dinner when it's dark.
Therefore, I don’t have a view from the window, it’s already dark around.
But I'll show you what kind of view from this restaurant in the daytime, you can see the whole ship, and everything that is around it.

And this is the view, if you go up the stairs a little to the next floor, right there, inside, there are also tables, and also a great view.

We were in this restaurant twice, at the beginning of the cruise and at the end, and both times we entered it from the side of the street, from the side, 10 floors up the stairs, that is, through its glass entrance.
And there is also a staircase inside the liner, where you can climb to the restaurant from inside the ship, but we did not know about it, and it turned out to be not so easy to find it, it is not on any diagrams.
When we descended from the restaurant for the second time, not by elevator, but by stairs, we saw both the entrance and how to get there. There is even a sign for a restaurant.

First we were served salted beans. In order to make it better to wait for the main dishes chosen.

Then they brought me fish and vegetables in breadcrumbs.

And then this miracle - two types of rolls.
We ordered 2 types, I am the husband. Therefore, we got 4 types of rolls for two.
So we can try 4 different kinds.
We did not expect that there would be so many of them, and that they would be so big!
All in all, it was SO much, and SO delicious!!!
These were the best rolls I have ever eaten at a sushi restaurant.
The most delicious!

Even now I look and understand that I would now eat sushi again.

Still, many restaurants are famous because they have wonderful chefs and a wonderful team of cooks. As well as wonderful products from which all dishes are prepared.
I think that this restaurant on this liner has just this wonderful composition of chefs who make exclusive sushi, rolls and other dishes.
Each type of roll has many ingredients inside, so they are all very juicy.
And their size is another big plus, you can take one dish of rolls and eat up.

In general, we liked it so much that we came here again.
By the way, the bill was brought to us at the end of the dinner for $90, at the end of which it was "zero", because we had already paid for this visit to the restaurant in advance, let me remind you, we paid about $50 for two.

That is, I can say that, in this case, paying for a trip to a restaurant from the cruise company's website in advance was beneficial for us.

To be continued.
