That's sound really good about lamination of tanks. Heavy rains are uncontrollable but water storage tanks are best option to reduce the damage minimum.
In like my country there is no option of lamination tanks. A small rain cause several areas of city, water standing in the streets. A heavy rain mean many houses having water many feet high in their houses. That's why every year we faces floods in Pakistan.
Unfortunately, heavy rains always create damage and inconvenience. It's necessary for governments to find solutions to prevent their cities from being flooded.
