Da qualche giorno ho provato ad approfondire questa blockchain: Avalanche. E' una blockchain di tipo Proof Of Stake, la cui particolarità è quella di avere al proprio interno 3 chain, ognuna specializzata per il suo scopo: X-chain, C-chain, P-chain.
Siccome la blockchain ci permette di provare un investimento, ho voluto provare Avalanche, facendo il primo passo di creare un portafoglio e di spostarmi una piccola somma di AVAX da Binance a questo portafoglio.

Come creare un portafoglio Avalanche

1-Per prima cosa andare al link https://www.avax.network/ e nel menù a tendina "Individuals" cliccare su Avalanche Wallet.

2-Cliccare su Create New Wallet

3-Ora procedere a generare la seed phrase e completare le classiche operazioni necessarie per creare un web-wallet.

4-Quello che avete creato è un wallet che si presenterà così. Non c'è bisogno di installare un'estensione specifica per utilizzare Avalanche. Quello che notiamo è che, a seconda della chain di Avalanche che andiamo a selezionare, avremo un indirizzo di portafoglio diverso
5-Qui possiamo vedere il nostro saldo in AVAX nelle varie chain del portafoglio e l'ammontare degli AVAX in stake.

6-Una cosa da fare alla prima apertura del wallet è cliccare in basso a sinistra su Save account ed impostare la propria password per accedere al portafoglio.

Conclusioni: Ecco creato il portafoglio Avalanche! E' un portafoglio più complesso rispetto a quello che sono abituata a gestire. Nei prossimi post vedrò di spiegare come portarlo utilizzare per interagire nelle DApp di Avalanche!

As the blockchain allows us to test an investment, I wanted to try Avalanche, taking the first step of creating a wallet and moving a small amount of AVAX from Binance to this wallet.

How to create an Avalanche wallet

1-First go to the https://www.avax.network/ link and in the "Individuals" dropdown menu click on Avalanche Wallet.

2-Click on Create New Wallet

3-Now proceed to generate the seed phrase and complete the classical operations necessary to create a web-wallet.

4-What you have created is a wallet that will look like this. There is no need to install a specific extension to use Avalanche. What we notice is that, depending on the Avalanche chain we select, we will have a different wallet address.
5-Here we can see our AVAX balance in the various portfolio chains and the amount of AVAX in stake.

6-One thing to do when you first open the wallet is to click at the bottom left on Save account and set your password to access the wallet.

Conclusions: The Avalanche wallet is created! It's a more complex portfolio than I'm used to managing. In the next posts I will explain how to use it to interact in the Avalanche DApps!
