Duck and Cat Friendship

Hello steemians lovers.
Today I want to tell you about my holiday experience yesterday to a lake where there were various kinds of animals there. This lake is located far from the settlement where we live, the lake is in a forest protected by the government. But even though it is located in the forest, the atmosphere there did not make me afraid, because there were many officers there who always guarded the protected forest lake from animal hunters in it. I went with my husband and four other friends. We always go together when we test our courage when traveling to a place with many challenges. After two hours of travel, we arrived at the lake which was still very natural. I was very surprised when I arrived there, because there were Angora cats and baby ducks playing on the edge of the lake.

I really couldn't believe how there could be cats and ducklings in a place that is not their habitat. The ducklings are always guarded and supervised by the Angora cat, as if they were guarding their young. This is the first time in my life that I have seen the friendship between a cat and a duck.

How can a cat whose main food is meat also be good friends with ducks? This is truly an incident beyond reason and difficult to explain with common sense. What's even worse, friends, is that the place where the ducklings play is near the danger that in the water of the lake a crocodile could come out and eat all the ducklings easily. But these ducklings seem to be defying death, the proof is that they dare to approach the river where there are crocodiles. The duckling actually went down to the lake and swam there without the slightest fear of being eaten by the crocodile.

But indeed, such a small duckling doesn't yet understand the dangers that threaten its life. They just want to look for small fish and worms in the lake to eat. While swimming in the calm lake water, the ducklings also found small fish to eat. Ducklings really like small fish in the lake because their meat is soft and easy to digest when they eat. So for that reason baby ducks like to play in the lake water.

But today the duckling was still lucky because he survived the crocodile attack. After he was satisfied swimming in the lake and full of eating worms in the lake, the duckling left the lake and returned to his nest. The cat walks from behind to guide the ducklings safely back to their cage. My friends and I also followed the duckling and cat from behind secretly to make sure they were safe on the way home. This is my most memorable holiday experience compared to my previous holidays. And I am very happy because I can share this interesting experience with all my friends. That's my story today about yesterday's exciting holiday experience by seeing the adventures of ducklings and cats playing together in a lake with crocodiles.
