📣✨PHOTO TIME✨📣 / We harvested shiitake mushrooms. :)
There was a mushroom cultivation kit that my eldest son brought from the life science class at school last time, and it was shiitake mushrooms. We watered it with a sprayer five times a day and put it in the shade, and mushrooms grew quickly. And yesterday, we finally harvested our first mushrooms. My child had a lot of fun picking mushrooms himself, and I was also very happy to see it.
After washing the mushrooms cleanly, I cut them into small pieces and made them into stir-fried with vegetables and ate them as side dish of lunch. It felt more delicious because it was a mushroom grown by ourselves. :)
The leftover cultivated tree will be left unattended for feq days, and the mushrooms will grow if we water them again. We are also looking forward to the next mushroom harvest.^^
Next year, I am preparing a plan to make a weekend farm. My uncle runs a farm near Seoul, and I'm thinking of growing some vegetables by making a small garden on the side of it. I'm going to go to the farm with my children every weekend to work in the field and have a good time. I'm already looking forward to it. :)
It's a lively monday morning. I think I will be busy this week with business and year-end appointments. I hope you all make good year-end plans and have a fun and happy day today. Thank you for reading~☆
