There is bibimmyeon(spicy noodles) in Korea. It's a cool noodle dish that boil noodles, cool them in cold water, and mix them with spicy sauce, and it's a favorite menu in the summer. A much more spicy bibimmyeon was released this time, so I bought it out of curiosity. It's expressing that the red envelope is spicy.
It's said that the sauce has jalapeno powder in it. I loved the spicy taste of jalapeno, so I was so curious about the taste of this bibimmyeon. I cooked it right away.
This sauce is the key of spiciness. I couldn't take pictures of the cooking process because I was so excited to eat it quickly. Please understand. ^^;;
I put the completed bibimmyeon in a large bowl, and I ate it at the speed of light after took the picture below. Bibimmyeon was really spicy, and it was even hard for me who eat spicy food well. But it was deliciously spicy, so I enjoyed it.
I had a little pain in my stomach because I ate too spicy food. From now on, I'll have to mix it with regular bibimmyeon to reduce the spiciness. This challenge was very interesting. I like to eat unique food, especially challenging spicy food is a lot of fun.
