A few months ago I was in the center of Verona and we ate in a restaurant in Piazza Bra.
Piazza Brà is the largest square in Verona, located in the historic center of the city and studies report that it began to take shape in medieval times.
The restaurant where we went for lunch is located near the center of the square. It has the town hall (Palazzo Barbieri) in front of it, the Gran Guardia building on its right and the Roman arena on the left, known as the Verona arena. I managed to take some photos of Piazza Brà right from the terrace on the first floor of this restaurant.
With this post I want to share with you the beauty and historicity of Piazza Brà.

Qualche mese fa sono stato in centro a Verona ed abbiamo mangiato in un ristorante in piazza Bra.
Piazza Brà è la più grande piazza di Verona, situata nel centro storico della città e gli studi riportano che iniziò a prendere forma in epoca medioevale.
Il ristorante in cui siamo andati a pranzo è posizionato in prossimità del centro della piazza. Esso ha davanti a sé il municipio (palazzo Barbieri), alla sua destra l’edificio Gran Guardia e sulla sinistra l’arena romana, conosciuta appunto come arena di Verona. Sono riuscito a scattare delle foto di piazza Brà proprio dal terrazzo posto al primo piano di questo ristorante.
Con questo post voglio condividere con voi la bellezza e la storicità di piazza Brà.
